Urban Circle SummerFest

The 2016 Summer Fest is a brand new youth music, dance and drama event taking place at Tredegar House on July 30th. It's the start of a new partnership with long-running youth arts and music organisation Urban Circle and the National Trust whom have recently taken ownership of Tredegar House. With thanks to Communities first funding the event will explore the use of dramatic retelling and re-enactment of the interesting stories that have happened in the house over the years with support from local writer Alex Riley. Alongside local music, dance showcases and food on the grass outside, the 2016 Summer Fest will be a great family friendly start to the summer. The event is free to attend and a bus service will be made available from Maindee library and the YMCA in Pillgwenly from 1-4pm. #16SummerFest
