Part of the successful art tent at this year's Maindee Festival were the workshops for young people preparing for Wales' first ever youth-led arts festival. RawFfest GŵylGrai takes place between 18 and 21 August and is centred on The Riverfront in Newport.

Danielle Adair [above] recently graduated in Fine Arts in Cardiff and is taking a lead on the visual arts - especially the flags [below] which were created on the day at Maindee Festival.

The programme for RawFfest GŵylGrai is ambitous and they have launched a crowd funding campaign to raise £5,500 by 29th July via this page:
