What's On in Maindee

Llyfrgell Maindee Library is open on Monday (2.30pm to 5pm), Wednesday (10am to 5pm), Friday (2.30pm to 4.30pm) and Saturdays (10am to 12 noon). You can still request remote access to printing and green bags by leaving a message on 01633 309443 or email us here.

Building a new Maindee together

Maindee Unlimited (Charity No: 1160272) was set up in 2014 to transform Maindee into a sustainable community with a strong local identity, strong local economy and a reputation as an attractive, safe, culturally vibrant and cohesive place to live, work and relax. We’ve already come a long way - reopening the library closed by Newport Council, starting work on the redevelopment of the Triangle (due to re-open in July 2021) and commissioned a range of arts-led regeneration projects. During 2021 our Greening Maindee team continues to improve the outdoor environment.
