The 1st ever Maindee Music festival is almost here

The ALL NEW Maindee Music Festival is on Saturday 13th August at the NEW Maindee Triangle

Over the last 26 years, the music stage has been one of the most popular parts of a bigger, wider Maindee Festival. This year, something different. We’re taking the best bits and popping up in different locations all over summer.

The Triangle in Maindee is ready to rock. It’s the new bit by the refurbished toilets opposite Maindee Library.

Expect 4 hours of musical entertainment… and the best bit… it’s FREE to come and watch.
A huge thank you to One Newport for funding us.

It’s gonna be a long, hot, but fun afternoon so please bring sun protection. You’ll be able to buy cold soft drinks, Hotdogs, candyfloss and popcorn will also be available to buy

It’s great for the kids too. Livingstone Place will be closed to vehicles so we can run FREE street play activities! Toilets will be open at Maindee Library. This is an alcohol-free event as it’s in a public area.

So, now the big bit. The fun starts at 1.45pm with the Newport City Radio hosted soundsystem powered by Record One!
