The theme of this year’s parade is “Water is Life”.
Everyone is welcome to get dressed up and join in.
There are lots of good costumes ideas at puppeteers' cooperative .

The parade assembles at Newport Rugby Club at 11.00.
It departs at 12.00 and arrives at the Festival site 1.00.
Younger children can join the parade at 12.30 at Community House.
